Open Innovation in the Health Industry - 24th - 28th June 2019 (Grenoble)

This module focuses on management of innovation in the Health Industry from an Open Innovation perspective. Entrepreneurial and managerial impacts on firm strategy will be discussed to illustrate how managers can exert their leadership and attain higher goals; taking the perspective of multiple stakeholders.

The topics covered include creativity as a core competence for innovation leaders and reverse innovation will be also discussed. Participants will be required to apply models and concepts to structure their strategic behavior and operational decisions. In particular, the learners will acquire the key elements for innovation management and governance and learn about successful recent cases of innovation in health and medtech.
