Health IMPACT develops a training programme which aims to make health organizations more innovative and effective by helping employees become intrapreneurs, within their workplaces.

Target participants: Innovators, researchers and intrapreneurs in healthcare industry/services; and Open innovation managers with a university degree in medicine, nursery, life sciences, psychology, social services, engineering or equivalent knowledge.

The IMPACT training programme in 2019 consists of 3 distinct modules of 3.5 days each, taking place in June (Grenoble), September (Stockholm) and December (Barcelona).

  • Enhance participants’ « know-how » and « show-how » in intrapreneurship activities, to develop their understanding of innovation.
  • Promote attendees becoming drivers in creativity as well as team leaders and new business managers
